Assists the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, merchandising, labor, compliance, and special projects.
Leads and develops Team Members, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SOPs.
Functions as point person in the absence of the Team Leader, maintaining high retail standards.
Fosters teamwork, positive morale, and a safe environment, while resolving customer concerns.
Trains, mentors, and evaluates team members, promoting growth and performance.
Monitors sales, reports, and inventory; supports company values and programs.
Requires strong product knowledge, leadership, decision-making skills, and proficiency in operational tools.
Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in cold/wet environments, and flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
Salary ranges from $20.05 to $35.00 per hour based on experience.
