As an AT&T Junior Account Manager, you will support daily sales operations while helping train, coach, and develop a team of customer service associates representing AT&T. You’ll work closely with leadership to execute sales initiatives, maintain brand standards, and contribute to long-term growth objectives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What you will do as an AT&T Junior Account Manager
- Train a team of customer service associates with sales and customer support strategies
- As an AT&T Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of daily sales initiatives
- The AT&T Account Manager will support the execution of sales initiatives, ensuring brand consistency
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions to ensure that sales goals are met as our designated AT&T Account Manager
- Look at sales data and market trends to develop long-term growth objectives as an AT&T Account Manager
- The AT&T Account Manager will ensure that sales and customer service standards are adhered to
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
Key skills and qualifications of the AT&T Junior Account Manager
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Management is preferred but not required
- Proven experience in a sales, manager or leadership role and guiding team members
- Organisational and team management skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and motivate others
- Manage team and multiple projects effectively
