A modern, fully equipped small animal hospital in Stone Oak, North San Antonio is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a supportive and collaborative team.

You'll work alongside an experienced Medical Director (20+ years' experience) who is passionate about mentorship and professional development.

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule within hospital hours
  • Weekdays: 9am 6/7pm
  • Saturday: 9am 2pm
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week
  • 32 hours minimum for full benefits eligibility

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $125,000 $140,000 (DOE)
  • Profit share bonus: enabling a realistic additional 20 30% of your annual basic salary
  • $10K$20K signing & relocation bonus (negotiable)

Requirements

  • DVM / VMD degree
  • Texas veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Passion for high-quality patient care and teamwork
