We are seeking a passionate and skilled Assistant Pastry Chef to support our catering team.
- Assist the Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef in preparing, producing, and executing desserts, ensuring consistency, creativity, and quality.
- Require experience in scratch baking, including pies, cakes, and desserts.
- Proficient in cake decorating techniques such as sculpting, buttercream, and fondant.
- Maintain proper kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
- Be a fast, organized, reliable worker with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and advance.
- Possess a passion for food, great attitude, and good communication skills.
- Availability on days, nights, weekends, holidays, and for off-site events across various stations.
