Oversees pastry and bakery operations, supervises production quality, and ensures adherence to recipes, cost controls, and sanitation standards.
Assists with food ordering, develops new concepts, and participates in staff training, hiring, and performance evaluations.
Requires an associate's degree or certification in Baking and Pastry Arts, with 2+ years of high-volume pastry experience preferred.
