The Assistant Operations Manager supports daily club operations by assisting members/guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, and addressing concerns professionally. They engage with members to promote satisfaction and club growth, monitor facility appearance and equipment, and oversee staff adherence to policies. Responsibilities include driving revenue through dues, retail, and ancillary services, managing billing and inventory, and supervising POS and back-office functions. They handle customer service tasks such as greeting members, processing inquiries, promoting merchandise, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a friendly attitude, prior customer service experience (minimum 2 years), CPR certification, and physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds. Compensation is $14.00 per hour.
