Seeking an Assistant General Manager for a fast-growing, Philadelphia-based restaurant chain.
- Lead daily operations, uphold standards, and support the General Manager in administrative tasks and team development.
- Ensure excellent guest experience by maintaining speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and hospitality.
- Train, coach, and develop staff, oversee scheduling, and assist with financial goals related to food and labor costs.
- Must have at least 2 years of food prep/line experience, ServSafe certification, and flexible availability.
- Physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.
