Seeking a responsible Lifeguard to oversee pool safety, assist in hiring/training staff, and ensure facility cleanliness.
Performs water rescues, enforces safety rules, and teaches swimming classes.
Manages pool operations, monitors chemical levels, performs minor repairs, and maintains equipment.
Requires current Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard certifications, with at least one year of experience.
Must pass swimming and rescue assessments, have strong communication skills, and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical demands include long periods of standing, swimming, lifting, and working in varying weather conditions.
