The Asset Protection Manager (APM) is responsible for safeguarding assets, team members, customers, and profitability within a designated area.
The role involves implementing asset protection strategies, investigating internal theft and fraud, analyzing operational and financial data, and partnering with store, district, and support leadership to reduce shrink and manage risks.
Key duties include overseeing security services, training staff on loss prevention, ensuring policy compliance, and testing new security solutions.
The APM leads and develops a team, manages vendor relationships, and maintains communication with internal and external partners to meet asset protection goals.
Requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with experience in loss prevention, data analysis, and retail operations.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, security certifications, and experience with security systems and cross-functional leadership.
