The APM leads and develops a team, manages vendor relationships, and maintains communication with internal and external partners to meet asset protection goals. Requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with experience in loss prevention, data analysis, and retail operations. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, security certifications, and experience with security systems and cross-functional leadership.
