Asbestos Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asbestos Attorney to join our legal team in the San Francisco area with pay starting at 180K. As an Asbestos Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in asbestos litigation cases, providing legal advice and guidance, and ensuring that all legal proceedings are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of asbestos litigation cases from initiation to resolution
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to asbestos laws and regulations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsels, and courts
• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and trials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of X years of experience in asbestos litigation
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
