In this role, you will lead HR functions across multiple divisions, focusing on employee and labor relations, diversity & inclusion, performance management, compensation, benefits, talent development, and partnering with Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Area President and dotted line to HR leadership, you will align HR strategies with business goals, supervise HR Managers in the field, and serve as a management HR consultant. The position requires 50% travel, strong business orientation, experience managing HR across locations, knowledge of employment laws, and at least 7 years of relevant HR experience. Qualifications include HR certification, recruiting and employee relations expertise, and financial acumen.
