We have multiple openings ranging from Junior Architect to Senior Architect roles. An Architecture License is required only for the Senior Architect position.
Candidates must be able to work from one of the following offices at least two days per week:
Fort Worth, TX; Cary, NC; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Greenville, SC; Omaha, NE; Arlington, VA; or Phoenix, AZ.
Remote work may be considered for candidates located 50+ miles from the nearest office.
As a Senior Architect, you will serve as a Team Leader for assigned building design projects, acting as the primary point of contact for clients while developing and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. You will play a key role in client meetings and presentations and contribute to strategic planning and business growth initiatives as part of the management team.
This role includes leading project teams, ensuring quality delivery, managing project scope and budgets, and maintaining strong communication among all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead building design projects and serve as the main client contact
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and networks
- Guide and mentor project teams
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and change management
- Ensure contractual obligations between client and company are met
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
- Coordinate and maintain the resources required for successful project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required (Master’s preferred)
- Registered Architect required for Senior Architect role
- NCARB Certificate required
- Minimum 15 years of experience in vertical buildings projects
- Minimum 7 years of project management experience with direct client interaction
- Strong leadership, communication, networking, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to support business growth and strategic direction
- Knowledge of trends and future direction in the vertical buildings market
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive rental vehicles during travel required (MVR check required)
