Grote Mitsubishi / Grote Automotive Service Center is hiring an Alignment / Suspension Automotive Technician in Fort Wayne.

This role is a good fit for a technician with experience in alignments, steering, suspension, brakes, tires,

inspections, and passenger-vehicle repair. Grote has a Hunter alignment rack with Ultimate ADAS capability, creating an opportunity for the right technician to grow beyond basic tire or quick-service work.

Pay:

$18-$40 flat rate based on experience, skill level, and role fit, plus a tool incentive program based on flagged hours.

• Perform alignments and suspension inspections
• Diagnose steering, tire wear, brake, and ride-quality concerns
• Complete suspension, brake, tire, maintenance, and general repair work
• Support recon and customer-pay vehicle flow
• Document needed repairs clearly
• Maintain quality and productivity

• Alignment, suspension, brake, tire, or general automotive repair experience
• Own tools required
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work on passenger vehicles
• Willingness to learn and grow
• ADAS or Hunter equipment experience is a plus
