The Aircraft Mechanic II supports military aircraft, especially C-130s, by performing installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems and components.
Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining landing gear, flight controls, engines, hydraulics, fuel, and electrical systems, following technical manuals and data.
The role requires working at heights and in confined spaces, working independently or in teams.
Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of C-130 experience, proficiency with maintenance documentation, and ability to obtain a secret security clearance.
Additional skills such as experience with AFSOC MC-130J/AC-130J, fuel systems, or depot work are desired.
This position is onsite in Crestview, FL, with flexible work schedules, and requires U.S. citizenship and security clearance.
