The Assembler - 3rd Shift position located in West Lafayette, IN requires fighter platform experience and a minimum of 10 years of mechanical experience in aeronautics or automotive manufacturing. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with preferred technical certifications in aviation assembly, mechanics, or maintenance. Responsibilities include assembling aircraft structures, installing systems, supporting process improvements, training new staff, and signing off on work. Candidates must interpret engineering drawings, perform quality assembly, handle "Class A" surfaces, and work in a team environment.
