Responsibilities include tracking shipments, coordinating with airlines and warehouses, updating clients on flight status, handling documentation, generating notices and invoices, and ensuring customs compliance.
Qualifications require at least 3 years of experience in air imports, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with computer tools, and knowledge of US customs laws.
Education includes a high school diploma or GED; experience with Cargowise and import procedures is preferred.
Work environment is office-based, with occasional travel, and involves multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Additional duties may be assigned; adherence to company policies and safety protocols is essential.
Salary ranges from $26.50 to $31.25 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.
