Seeking an Agile Transformation Lead/Senior Agile Coach with 12+ years experience, including 3-5 years as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid schedule).
Responsibilities include
leading Agile adoption, transformation, and enablement;
coaching teams; facilitating Agile events; implementing scaling frameworks;
conducting Agile training; leading solution teams for RFPs; co-facilitating tech excellence related to DevOps;
mentoring on Agile metrics; creating business cases; utilizing ALM tools.
Required certifications in at least one Agile scaling framework, Agile Coaching, and Scrum or Kanban.
Experience in leading Agile/Transformation Offices, CoEs, or CoPs, with extensive SDLC, IT project management, Agile metrics, and ALM tool usage.
Skills include excellent communication, leadership engagement, thought leadership, lean-agile principles, retrospection, inspection, adaptation, and a Project to Product mindset.
