Job Description – AgentForce SFDC Developer

Project Name: GPS – Agentforce AI Accelerators
Role: AgentForce SFDC Developer
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid
Duration: Long Term

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and hands-on experience with AgentForce AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating AI-driven workflows, and customizing Service Cloud applications to support enterprise customer operations.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
  • Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience working with AgentForce / Salesforce AI capabilities
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Knowledge of Flow, Process Builder, and automation tools
  • Experience with Salesforce security model, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
  • Strong understanding of deployment processes using CI/CD tools
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
  • Build and enhance AgentForce AI-driven features and accelerators
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, and integrations
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability
  • Support production deployments and troubleshoot issues
  • Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices
  • Work closely with QA and DevOps teams during release cycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
  • Service Cloud Certification preferred
  • Experience with AI-enabled Salesforce solutions is a plus
  • Prior experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations

Experience Required

  • 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience
  • Relevant experience with Service Cloud and AgentForce implementations
