- Supervises children during after-school hours, ensuring safety and positive behavior.
- Checks students in/out, monitors play activities, and fosters their spiritual, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Communicates with staff and parents about student concerns and reports issues as needed.
- Works primarily indoors on school campuses, with hours typically on weekday afternoons.
- Requires a high school diploma, experience with children preferred, and a respectful appreciation for the Catholic faith.
- Must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility working with children aged 2-5.
- Physical requirements include standing, reaching, light lifting, and working in close proximity to others.
