4Ever Young Scottsdale isn't looking for a facial technician. We're looking for a Licensed Aesthetician who thinks like a skin strategist — someone who lights up a room, owns the consultation, and builds the kind of patient relationships that last for years.
You have great skin and you know why — because you live it. When someone asks about your routine, you don't just rattle off products. You explain the why behind every step, and before long they're asking where they can come see you professionally.
You've probably been somewhere that booked you back-to-back with 45-minute express treatments and no room to actually connect with a patient. You're good at the technical work, but what you really love is the consultation — figuring out exactly what someone's skin needs, building a real protocol, and watching the results unfold over months, not days.
You're also the kind of person who walks into a room and naturally becomes everyone's favorite. You don't wait for patients to ask about skincare — you bring it to them. If you see a wellness patient getting an IV and notice their skin, you introduce yourself, ask a question, and by the time they leave they've booked a consult. That's not pushy to you. That's just who you are.

• Perform clinical skin treatments — HydraFacial, microneedling, peels, IPL, Lumecca, and Morpheus8
• Conduct thorough consultations and build personalized 3–6 month protocols
• Recommend medical-grade skincare with confidence and clarity
• Connect with wellness patients in the clinic and introduce them to aesthetic care
• Follow up with leads and past patients to grow your book authentically
• Integrate advanced protocols (peptides, devices, skincare) into treatment plans
• Collaborate with injectors and the clinical team for whole-patient care
• Think in long-term outcomes and lifetime value — not single visits
• Active Arizona aesthetician license — non-negotiable
• At least 2 years of experience with clinical or medical-grade treatments
• Experience with devices (IPL, laser, microneedling, etc.) is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare
• Your own skin reflects your standards — you practice what you recommend
• Naturally warm, social, and memorable with patients
• You think in protocols, not appointments
• Curious about wellness, longevity, and whole-body health
• Coachable, driven, and excited to grow
• Hourly rate: $25/hr
