What Will You Do?
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for a provider who is confident in performing advanced treatments, excels in client consultations, and is driven to contribute to practice growth through retention, education, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced aesthetic and laser treatments with precision and consistency

Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop customized treatment plans

Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and home care recommendations

Drive package sales, memberships, and retail product recommendations
-
Maintain accurate and detailed client documentation
-
Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and compliant
-
Collaborate with team members to optimize client experience and scheduling flow

Participate in practice promotions, events, and growth initiatives

Qualifications
-
Active Georgia Aesthetician License and Assistant Laser Practitioner License
-
2+ years of experience in a med spa or clinical aesthetic setting

Experience with laser and energy-based devices is a must

Strong consultation, sales, and client communication skills
