PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Administrative Systems Analyst/Programmer (Personnel) will provide application and database support. Assist in design, development, and support of web-based software or acquisition of data information systems. Will assist in evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of data procedures to improve efficiency of operational information systems for the district.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information systems or Computer Science
Special Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of programming techniques and system design
Experience with educational management software systems
Knowledge of database management and SQL language
Experience with Microsoft ASP.Net application development.
Knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS), ERP platforms, and educational data integration process. Experience working with Skyward, PEIMS, assessment platforms, and educational accountability systems preferred. Knowledge of Human Resources data systems, employee record management, PEIMS coding, and TIA eligibility verification processes preferred.
Understanding of educator assignment coding, payroll integration, and state accountability reporting requirements. Ability to analyze and reconcile HR, payroll, assessment, and SIS data across multiple platforms to ensure reporting accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience developing dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations for operational and instructional decision making.
Experience:
Three years' experience in computer use or related field. Experience in conducting computer training preferred.
