This role provides administrative and office coordination support in the Rheumatology division.
Responsibilities include managing new patient infusion referrals, scheduling, and verifying insurance authorizations.
Perform secretarial duties such as preparing complex documents, handling confidential information, and managing communication.
Assist with special projects, departmental research, and office operations like inventory, purchasing, and workflow management.
Schedule appointments, answer calls, greet visitors, and maintain organized records to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate has an associate's degree or relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Work hours are Monday to Friday during daytime. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and holidays.
Salary range is $18.75 - $28.40 hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
