Overview:

Provides administrative support to a department or individual by coordinating office activities, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting day-to-day business operations. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize work and handle sensitive or confidential information. May also assist with special projects, reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to departments, managers, or project teams.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conferences.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Order and track office supplies and distribute incoming mail.
  • Support special projects by compiling, retrieving, and reporting information.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Assist with administrative processes and office coordination activities.
  • May provide guidance, training, or support to other administrative staff.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is desirable but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and exercise sound judgment when resolving issues.
  • Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
