We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
Responsibilities include managing office supplies, maintaining files and databases, answering calls, responding to emails, greeting visitors, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Additional duties involve processing customer payments, creating invoices, updating customer records, handling collections, and generating account reports.
Requirements include proven administrative experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective communication. Experience with Epicor Eclipse ERP is preferred.
Physical demands may include lifting up to 25 lbs. and operating office machinery.
