Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Professional to join our team. We offer outpatient mental health services at multiple locations including Bayville, Point Pleasant, and Toms River. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service to our consumers in a welcoming environment.

Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Professional
Position Type: Full Time; 40 hours weekly

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide reception services including greeting consumers and answering phones promptly and professionally
  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with consumers
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming mail
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of consumer information
  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill consumer requests and support office operations
  • Assist with office supply management and general clerical tasks

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
