The Administrative Assistant supports the Bishop's and Chancery offices with data/file management, correspondence, expense reports, event planning, and administrative tasks. Key duties include maintaining physical and electronic files, leading and assisting with events, preparing expense reports, composing correspondence, triaging calls, and providing general support. Additional responsibilities may be assigned. The role requires at least two years of college or equivalent experience, five years in administration (preferably non-profit), excellent communication, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Word; Excel knowledge is a plus. Physical requirements involve lifting light items, prolonged sitting, and repetitive keyboard use. The position offers routine hours in a semi-private office environment.
