Position Title - Adjunct Faculty, Management & Leadership

Position Summary - La Salle University's Management & Leadership department invites applications from qualified individuals who would like to be considered for adjunct teaching opportunities that might arise. Our department staffs graduate and undergraduate courses in areas including (but not limited to): organizational behavior, management skill development, business strategy, human resource management, leadership, team management, sports management, cultural diversity, presentation skills, business writing, socially responsible decision making, and business law. We offer courses in online, face-to-face, and hybrid formats, and during the day and in the evening. Interested parties should submit a cover letter, CV or résumé, and, if available, PDFs of course evaluations for courses recently taught.

Essential Duties - • Prepare course materials consistent with departmental learning objectives.• Teach assigned course(s).• Provide timely grading and feedback to students.• Provide guidance and support to students.

Required Qualifications - • A master's degree or higher in a relevant field

Preferred Qualifications - • Previous experience teaching at the collegiate level.
