Our client is seeking a Accounting Supervisor in Plano, TX, to oversee financial activities, supervise a small team, and ensure accurate accounting processes.

Responsibilities include managing month-end closing, preparing and reconciling financial reports, analyzing sales, COGS, and expenses, and supporting internal controls and compliance, including J-SOX. The role involves supervising AR and AP, improving procedures, implementing automation, and collaborating with auditors.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of financial and managerial accounting experience (preferably in the automotive industry), leadership skills, and proficiency in accounting software. Fluency in Japanese is a plus. The position entails physical demands typical of office work and offers benefits, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment.
