We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth order processing.
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and systems.
- Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain customer records in CRM.

Requirements include strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM, and previous customer service experience. ERP knowledge is preferred.
