This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operational security, personnel management, and professional client interaction.ResponsibilitiesManage daily access control operations at a secure construction/data center siteWand construction workers entering the siteCreate, issue, manage, and deactivate access badgesControl and document access for materials and vehiclesConduct escorts for non-badged personnelPerform routine site walks to identify suspicious activityConduct searches for prohibited or unapproved devicesUtilize radios and communication systems effectivelyCoordinate with law enforcement and fire departments during emergenciesComplete and manage Daily Action Reports (DARs), Incident Reports, and administrative documentationCreate and manage security schedulesSupervise and lead a team of 5–10 security guardsRequirements3–5 years of leadership or management experienceData center security experienceConstruction security experienceMilitary or law enforcement background (preferred)Ability to stand for extended periodsActive Arizona Unarmed Guard CardCPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)Proficient in conflict resolution and de‑escalationExperience with badging/access control softwareStrong administrative and report‑writing skillsAbility to stand, walk, patrol, and conduct screenings for extended periodsAbility to respond quickly during emergency situationsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesHigh level of professionalism and situational awarenessAdaptable, dependable, and detail‑orientedCompensation & BenefitsHourly pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on experience)Full benefits package, including:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer growth and leadership development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
