Valley Power Systems is a factory authorized power solutions provider for some of the most recognized engine and equipment manufacturers in the world, including Detroit Diesel, MTU, Electro-Motive, DEUTZ, Doosan Infracore, Isuzu, Mercedes-Benz, MTU Onsite Energy, Volvo Penta, Allison Transmission, Northern Lights, Lugger and ValleyBuilt™, our new line of rebuilt Allison Transmissions.

Valley is family owned and operated and has been in business in California since 1949. We offer new product sales, parts and service, custom maintenance contracts, 24-hour emergency parts and service, grant assistance and emissions specialists, all to keep your equipment reliable, operating properly and ready when and where you need it.

Our production and packaging facility located in Ontario, California can provide complete marine and power generation systems including custom packaging, fabrication, testing, commissioning and complete systems integration support. Valley has experience in the 5kW to 12mW range for standby, prime and cogeneration plants with paralleling switchgear and 10-12,000 hp marine & mechanical drive packages.

As an Authorized Distributor for Electro-Motive Diesel (EMD), Valley sells and services power generation equipment in the seven western states, Alaska, Hawaii and Baja Mexico, as well as select countries in Asia and Latin America. Valley is a prime contractor to the US government and is in compliance with MIL program requirements for quality assurance.



Valley offers factory accredited classes on Allison Transmission, DEUTZ, Detroit Diesel and MTU products at our fully equipped training center in Mira Loma, CA. Classes are available for Preventative Maintenance, Major Repair, Overhaul, Diagnostics and Electronic Controls. We also offer custom classes and will conduct training at your location if needed.


Valley’s engineering team is here for you. Need a custom package for unique or harsh environments? Have a piece of equipment in need of a new engine or transmission? We’ve got you covered. Our engineering team can design a solution to fit just about any need.


Valley provides complimentary fleet and equipment assessments and compliance planning to assist fleet and equipment owners to more easily comply with emissions regulations. We work directly with CARB and many of the local air districts and can create a comprehensive, cost-effective solution for your particular situation. Assistance locating and applying for grants is available when applicable.
