Our mission is to be the premier local news and information source, providing community leadership and exceptional quality and service.

Our work force is a diverse mix in age, ethnicity, and perspective. We look for candidates who value integrity, respect others, enjoy innovation, care about their work and the customer, and possess a strong work ethic and a good sense of humor.

Our work environment is diverse, casual and fun. There is a lot of growth opportunity for the motivated individual. Employees are encouraged to assume greater responsibility within their departments or in another department. Growth and development occurs within our newspapers and/or by transferring to larger Gannett newspapers.

We produce and distribute two local newspapers six days a week, provide commercial print services, and news information via two web sites.
