At Reinhart, we are committed to offering a benefits package that contributes a significant amount to your total compensation and your personal well being. As a full time employee, you are able to choose from the following insurance benefits, based on your and your family’s individual needs. Health Insurance – The health insurance plan includes medical and prescription drug coverage for you and/or your dependents. Three options are available for medical coverage. Dental Insurance - The dental insurance plan provides 100% payment coverage for preventive care and other dental care at various levels of coverage. Three options are available. Vision Insurance – The vision insurance provides coverage for exams, lenses and frames. Life Insurance – Life insurance coverage of one times your salary, to a maximum of $300,000, is provided by Reinhart at no cost to you. Supplemental Life Insurance – You may purchase additional life insurance of 1, 2, or 3 times your benefit salary to a maximum of $500,000. Costs are based on your age and salary. Accidental Death & Dismemberment – This coverage is provided by Reinhart at no cost to you. Coverage is one times your salary, to a maximum of $300,000. Supplemental Accidental Death & Dismemberment – You may purchase additional AD&D coverage for yourself or for yourself and your family. Six levels of coverage are available. Dependent Life Insurance – You may purchase life insurance coverage for your dependents as well. Five levels of coverage are available. Short Term Disability – This benefit is automatic and is provided by Reinhart at no cost to you. Long Term Disability – This benefit is automatic and is provided by Reinhart at no cost to you. Supplemental Long Term Insurance – You may purchase additional long term disability coverage. Costs are based on your age, salary and the level of coverage you elect. Flexible Spending Accounts – These accounts are available for dependent care (daycare) expenses and for health care expenses that are not paid by an insurance plan. These accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for the above expenses. 401(k) Plan / Retirement Plan – The Company matches 50% of the first 6% that you contribute to the 401(k) Plan. Additionally, the Company contributes 2% of your gross pay via an annual company contribution, even if you do not participate in the 401(k) plan. Roadside Assistance – This plan covers you alone or you + your dependents as passangers or drivers, 24/7. Legal Plan – For a fixed monthly fee, you and your dependents receive a wide range of legal services. Home/Auto Insurance – You get discounted rates and the convenience of payroll deduction.
