Non-profit Banking - Financial Services 501 - 1000 Employees 2 Active Jobs

PSECU has a self-help philosophy - we help you so you can help yourself.

We're not a traditional financial institution because we don't have branches. Instead, we use the money that would be spent on branches to offer very competitive savings and loan rates and also offer a bundle of fee-free or low-fee services.

We save our members time. Over 100,000 of our members help themselves by using our online banking product, psecu@home®, which offers free bill pay features, transfers between shares, loans or separate accounts, free check images and deposit images, and alerts that notify our members when there has been activity on their accounts . . . and those features are just the tip of the iceberg!

Our members receive fast loan decisions since almost 50% of them apply online for consumer loans, like Visa® or auto loans. The majority of members get a response within 30 seconds or less! Members can also apply online for equity loans and mortgages. PSECU helps members that help themselves by automatically entering the information on these applications that we have on file, such as your name, address and phone number. Members may also call our Loan by Phone and receive an answer on consumer loans within one business day.

Our members have the convenience of getting money into their accounts through direct deposit, payroll deductions, over 600 ATMs showing the CU$ logo, or even through mail deposits. The fastest way to get money out of their accounts is through ATMs, point-of-sale at stores or through our Check Card.

Our members can obtain information about their account 24 hours a day seven days a week by using our electronic telephone system. And when a member needs that one-on-one touch with one of our member service representatives, our toll-free call center is available.

Yes, we're different, but we enjoy helping our members help themselves.
