    Elsberry Motor Vehicle and Driver License Office to Reopen Monday

    LINCOLN COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Revenue announced today the Elsberry motor vehicle and driver license office at 106 North 3rd, Unit B, in Elsberry will reopen Monday, September 17, after a short temporary closure.
