We’re the leading national provider of care and support solutions.
Help at Home is rooted in strong community ties and a deep commitment to delivering reliable, top-quality care.
Our local care coordinators and caregiver teams partner with you, your family, and case managers to develop, deliver and adapt a care plan that meets your changing needs. We help make it possible for you or your loved one to safely and comfortably remain home, instead of relocating to a care facility.
We deliver a gold standard quality of care and many of our sites are accredited by The Joint Commission and other organizations. It has enabled us to work with many federal, state and local government programs, always meeting and frequently exceeding their high standards.
The Help at Home family of companies includes Oxford HealthCare, Excel Home Care and Coastal/Altrus, supporting clients in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee. Each of our 157 local branches is staffed by a team of talented and dedicated case and caregiver managers who maintain constant contact with caregivers and receive daily support from our headquarters in Chicago.
