Scott Lacy is currently the Franchise Partner in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Utah and West Virginia. He brings 22 years of experience to the Hospitality Industry. Scott started at age 18 working as a chef for a small restaurant in North Carolina and first management job was with Rucker Johns in Emerald Isle and Wilmington, NC. Scott began a 16-year career with Ryan's Family Steakhouse in 1995 and met many great people along the way. When Ryan's was acquired by Buffet's Inc. in 2007 Scott was promoted to Area Director, he worked in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri for 4 years overseeing 9 stores.
Scott believes that the foundation of the Hospitality Industry is built on great relationships through honesty, trust and integrity. His successful career was built on hiring and developing talented managers and employees. As a lifelong operator Scott knows first-hand the daily challenges that restaurant manager’s face, the tremendous effort it takes to be a great manager and the importance of balancing work and personal life. He also understands the many challenges that clients face in attracting talented candidates needed to grow a successful business. Scott spends all of his free time with his wife Peta and their 11 year old son Aidan. Scott enjoys watching college sports with his family and is a huge fan of the Duke Blue Devils.
