Overview

Finger Lakes Area Counseling & Recovery Agency employs over 400 full-time, part-time and per diem staff comprised of program supervisors, credentialed substance abuse counselors, nurses, vocational and therapy aides and administrative staff – all dedicated to the individuals and families that Finger Lakes Area Counseling & Recovery Agency serves. The Executive Management Team of the agency has decades of knowledge and experience and leads with strong commitment and dedication to the agency values:

Overseen by the Finger Lakes Area Counseling & Recovery Agency Board of Directors, Executive Director Martin Teller has over 36 years of experience in the chemical dependency treatment field including but not limited to clinical and administrative oversight of residential and outpatient treatment services; the past 30 of those in service to Finger Lakes Area Counseling & Recovery Agency. Mr. Teller has served in leadership positions with the Regional Consortium of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, and the Association of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Providers of New York where he has held several past and current positions. He also serves in leadership capacities on area volunteer boards across numerous health and human service agencies and housing consortia.

Completing the executive team leadership of the agency is Jennifer Carlson, Chief Operating Officer, Ruth Donk, Chief Financial Officer, Sue Wilber, Director of Quality Assurance & Public Relations, Andrea Greene, Director of Residential Services and Margaret Morse, Director of Outpatient and Community Based Services.
