Opening its doors for business in January 1997 in Farmers Branch, Texas, Employee Solutions started with no clients or applicants. Through the hard work and dedication of our committed staff and the loyalty of its early client-base, the company quickly grew, resulting in one of North Texas’ largest staffing companies. The company has received national recognition as one the fastest-growing private companies. Since 2004, Employee Solutions has received recognition from Dallas Business Journal's “Book of Lists” in the Staffing Companies category. In 2015, Staffing Industry Analysts ranked Employee Solutions 49th in its Fastest-Growing U.S. Staffing Firms list.
In 2012, 2013, 2014, and again in 2015, Inc. 5000 identified the company for its meteoric rise among all businesses nationally. Additionally, the company was recognized by the prestigious Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship at Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business in 2012 and 2013.
