Our owner-operators are critical to Culver's success because they're engaged in their business every day, working side-by-side with their team, leading by example.

Not only that, Culver's earned the number one spot with Franchise Business Review's 2016 Top 50 Franchises list.

Careers

With the exception of the seven company-owned Culver's restaurants that are located in Sauk City, Baraboo, Middleton, Spring Green, Richland Center, and Madison Wisconsin on Mineral Point Road, all other Culver's restaurant locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Franchisees are small business owners who are the employers for their own Culver's locations. This means that the independent franchisee controls and is solely responsible for the employment policies and practices at his or her Culver's, including, among other things, all job related decisions such as the right to hire, fire, discipline, or promote employees and to determine hours, schedules, wages, and other compensation or benefits. Culver Franchising System, LLC is the franchisor of the Culver's restaurant chain. As the franchisor it will not be involved with the employment policies and practices at franchised locations or with establishing the terms and conditions of any employment relationship with individuals applying to or hired at franchised locations.
