Medical Benefits:
Coperion offers a choice of two preferred provider organization (PPO) medical plans and two qualified high-deductible plans. Employees can take advantage of Anthem's network of providers who offer their services at negotiated prices with any of our plans. 

If chosing a PPO plan, employees may participate in FSA. Employees chosing a high-deductible plan will enroll in a HSA.

Prescription Drug Benefits, Dental, and Vision are also offered to employees and their spouses, if applicable.

Short-term and Long-term disablity coverage and Basic Life and AD&D insurance are provided at no cost to the employee. 

401(k) Savings Plan is offered to employees upon completion of three consecutive months of service. Coperion makes two kinds of contributions - a contribution of 3% of your base pay, regarless of whether you save through the Plan, plus a matching contribution of $.50 for each dollar you save on the first 6% of your pay. 

Paid Holidays, Floating Holidays, Vacation, and Sick Leave are also offered to full-time employees.
