  • In the Roseville office alone, we employ 25 professional recruiters and administrative support staff with a combined experience of over 100 years. We have extensive experience in the automotive industry, with emphasis in areas including chassis, powertrain, drivetrain, plastics, stamping and machining, electrical, mechanical components, safety restraints, and fluid handling systems. Our recruiters interact with top level industry professionals on a daily basis, through their memberships in various industry organizations and their personal initiative in developing strong professional relationships throughout the community.

  • While 90% of Bryant Bureau work is in finding hidden talent in the technical search arena, the Snelling / Bryant Bureau network also provides temporary and temp-to-hire candidates. Beyond engineering, sales, marketing, and technical positions, our search services include candidates for executive search, accounting, human resources, information services, legal, and office support.

  • Pre- and Post-Search Services
  • Our work goes beyond identifying qualified candidates. Both before and after the candidate search process, we provide consultative services to aid you in defining the needs of your organization, and in streamlining the hiring process to take the burden off your staff. We often work with out clients to define industry standard pay scales and benefit packages, and to assist in the development of the job descriptions and qualification requirements. Many clients use us to pre-screen applicants and provide background and credential verification from previous employers, co-workers, colleges and universities. We also provide facilities for candidate interviewing at our offices.
