401 (k) with company match
We value your future and want to invest in it. Team members can contribute 1%-50% of their pay. BJ's contributes $.50 for every dollar you contribute up to the first 6% of your contribution.

We understand the importance of providing telephonic resources and counseling services to our team and their family members (living in the home).
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
An account, separate from the medical plan, that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars (via payroll deductions) for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
Health Care FSA: Used to pay for the cost of medical or dental plans for you and your qualified dependents.
Dependent Care FSA: Used to pay for eligible day care expenses for your qualified dependents to age 13, or qualified elder care. This includes day care, before and after school programs and day camp.
Health Savings Account (HSA): An account that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for eligible medical expenses. Funds in the HSA gain interest and are portable, growing with you until retirement.
