Medical Coverage Our employees can choose from either a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with an employer funded Health Savings Account (HSA). Participants in our medical plans also receive vision and prescription drug benefits. Competitive dental benefits are also available. Retirement Saving and Investing Our 401(k) plan offers various mutual fund investments and retirement trust fund options to help employees save for their retirement. For every employee, we offer a generous, company-paid match up to a certain level of employee contributions. We offer a College Savings plan (529b) to save for your child's or grandchild's education. Insurance To help employees recovering from a serious illness or injury, we provide company paid short- and long-term disability programs to allow for income during their time away. We offer a company paid basic life insurance program for our employees, and provide coverage for accidental death or dismemberment as well as business travel insurance. Employees can purchase additional life insurance overage for their spouse or children through our group universal life program, as well as purchasing additional ADD&D insurance. We also offer the option to purchase insurance for Critical Illness coverage and Legal Services. Employee Assistance Program A confidential coun\seling and referral service, our company paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP) helps employees and their families deal with a range of life challenges including stress, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and others. Our program also assists in finding resources for dependent care. Vacation Paid vacation time is offered to all Benjamin Moore employees based on length of service, and we also provide a paid holiday schedule.
