    That's why American Medical Response is committed to being the best in the industry starting with the people who serve patients. The men and women of AMR meet all local, state and federal standards for training and licensure. Additionally, AMR provides on-going education for all certified personnel.
    About 80% of the AMR workforce is engaged in patient care-from EMT-Basics to field paramedics to communication professionals. We place strong emphasis on training, employee development and performance monitoring.


    American Medical Response can provide a wide array of services for customers ranging from providing paramedic staff for a medical flight provider to operating comprehensive 911 and non-emergency community EMS systems.

    We provide comprehensive management service for our customers. AMR, unlike any other provider, can help customers navigate the complex maze of government regulations, changes in cost and reimbursement requirements, and provide data through sophisticated reporting systems to help customers analyze and manage medical transportation usage.
