Training Manager (Management)

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Sales or account management experience is needed. Must be willing to travel as and when the role demands. The job role will always be mobile and require extensive traveling. Acts as a consultant to branches to help them develop and implement business plans. Provide input in the design and implement product displays, customer retention, financial analysis, training, or marketing initiatives. Strong time management, priority management skills are needed. Communication skills must be polished enough to deliver presentations. Work to build relationships with business partners. Driver’s license and ability to drive regularly.
