Strategic Consultant

This role provides strategic vision and advice to the president. And steps in as the acting president when the president is not in office. Must have enough accounting and finance knowledge to give input on the overall condition of the market and the feasibility of the company’s plans. Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements. Develop and implement management strategies and processes. Must have impeccable communication skills. Ability to prioritize without supervision and delegate tasks effectively. Create a performance-based culture and track all KPIs of all departments. Step in and provide insight to solve roadblocks and keep the company on track to meet its annual targets.

Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. May serve as a point of contact for the client or customer.

Examine and validate data for accuracy and relevance utilizing varied statistical and analytical models. Liaise organization’s leadership to report and present data findings. Conduct research, collect, and analyze relevant information. Develop tools and protocols for collection of data to assure quality collection. Identify erroneous or questionable data via established and trusted protocols, methods, and procedures. Identify any problems with protocols and recommend course corrections.

Plan, direct, or coordinate marketing policies and programs, such as determining the demand for products and services offered by a firm and its competitors, and identify potential customers. Develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm's profits or share of the market while ensuring the firm's customers are satisfied. Oversee product development or monitor trends that indicate the need for new products and services.

Serve as the liaison between the lender and the borrower. Advise and execute a variety of real estate-oriented transactions. Communicate with lenders to find optimal loans for respective clients. Identify and articulate loan differences for clients. Verify documentation. Manage loan process. Help clients with loan approval. Maintain a strong understanding of mortgage products, procedures, and real estate techniques. Develop and maintain strong business relationships to enhance business development.

Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.

Business Operations: Use keen critical thinking skills to evaluate business processes to discover areas for improvement. Typically requires collaboration with key stakeholders, development of process-improvement procedures, and implementation of strategies to achieve desired outcomes. May also require project management and performance monitoring. Financial Operations: Employ strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data, identify financial performance trends, assess financial risk, and make recommendations. Typically requires creating financial models, forecasting budgets and expenses, and researching economic conditions.

Helps to plan, implement, and maintain multiple initiatives. This role does not directly lead any project team rather it helps coordinate efforts of different projects. Work with teams and project managers to estimate budgets, set scope, define deliverables and timing for new projects. Manage all project teams for the highest productivity and improvise based on business needs. Predict, minimize, and mitigate any risks. Take daily updates of the projects to track the progress of each project. Work with a wide range of individuals, perform performance evaluation, apply change management principles and work on cross-project initiatives.

Serve as chief executive and apply innovative leadership and management skills to establish and achieve corporate goals and strategies. Requires oversight of finances, operations, personnel, and all other aspects of company. May require accountability to shareholders and board members.
