Sales Team Member

Interact with customers to provide basic or scripted information in response to routine inquiries about products and services. May handle and resolve general complaints. Excludes individuals whose duties are primarily installation, sales, repair, and technical support.

Sell merchandise, such as furniture, motor vehicles, appliances, or apparel to consumers.

Receive and disburse money in establishments other than financial institutions. May use electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment. May process credit or debit card transactions and validate checks.

Perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.

Perform routine administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

Sell services to individuals or businesses. May describe options or resolve client problems.

Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties regarding activities conducted at establishment and location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.

Plan, direct, or coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

Respond to customers in a timely fashion via email, chat, and call. Schedule and track delivery of customers and resolve any issues when they arise. Perform daily entry of orders in company software/ERP to keep all stock data up to date and document all customer request fulfilment. Deliver excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador of the company. Should have an organized approach and strong verbal and written skills. Document and report on customer complaints. Act as the voice of the company and provide excellent customer service to all customers .

Fulfill various administrative duties to support warehouse environment. Typical tasks include interacting with warehouse associates, keeping accurate tracking records monitoring shipping supply inventory, preparing packages for distribution, and printing mailing labels. May require frequent interaction with customers, logistics companies, and vendors.
