Operations Manager (Production)

Establish, implement, and maintain department efficiencies to improve and optimize operational processes. Supervise all operational functions through training, support, implementation, monitoring and reporting. Determine, support, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) by managing fully integrated operation functions across various departments. Ensure compliance with operational procedure to maximize efficiency and profitability. Analyze and report on operational practices and identify and implement improvements.

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers, such as inspectors, precision workers, machine setters and operators, assemblers, fabricators, and plant and system operators. Excludes team or work leaders.

Use machinery to manufacture goods using safe practices while ensuring consistent speed and accuracy to maintain production standards. May require workstation or production area cleaning, part or product assembly, and packaging of goods for shipping.
